When you obtain the Golden Visa, it also gives our close relatives the possibility of obtaining this visa. In other words, your spouse and minor children who are not emancipated can also obtain the visa with one investment in Spain.
One of the family members must have obtained such a visa. However, once the person obtains it, their spouse (community property marriage) will have the same visa and residence rights as the person who obtained it.
The Golden Visa benefit also applies to all your children, as long as they are not over 21 years of age at the time of the Golden Visa application and are demonstrably dependent on you, not emancipated.
